The terms of sale set out here apply to art by SBISCEVIC.com, Chicago, ordered from the SBISCEVIC.com website. By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
SBISCEVIC.com reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.

Orders and Prices

SBISCEVIC.com use Paypal as their online purchasing system. You can pay securely using your credit card or PayPal account.

All prices are shown in US Dollars and may be subject to change. The description and price of art will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to despatch of your order, SBISCEVIC.com will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order.

When ordering online your will receive an email receipt to confirm SBISCEVIC.com has received your order. Should you not receive an email please use Contact Form to email us.
If you are shopping from outside the US shipping prices and delivery times may differ to those stated on our website.

SBISCEVIC.com is under no obligation to accept any order.

Delivery

All delivery times quoted on the SBISCEVIC.com website are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery times. Art ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email, unless otherwise arranged with SBISCEVIC.com at the time of your order.
If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of art, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or place to collect the art. SBISCEVIC.com cannot accept responsibility for art pieces that are returned to the shipper office and remain uncollected.
A signature will be required on delivery. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you.
Once an artwork is considered delivered responsibility for the art, risk of damage or loss will pass to you and you shall be responsible for insuring the work.
If SBISCEVIC.com are unable to deliver your order within 7 days, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund that will be paid to the credit card which you originally used.
SBISCEVIC.com is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order. SBISCEVIC.com is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.
